Research Status and Development of Food Safety Based on Social Network1

This study aimed to screen periodical studies in the CNKI database from 2003 2019 and draw visualization maps using UCINET, NetDraw, CiteSpace software analyze research hotspots, cohesive subgroups, network structure characteristics accurately examine status development trend of food safety behavior China’s enterprises. The revealed that on enterprises China mainly centered seven parameters, including “traceability management,” “cause formation,” “government supervision.” It showed a concentrated focus, diversified subjects, unsystematic external measures, little summary research, unclear interest coordination. was toward kernelization actors, concretization objects, diversification behavioral governance. Therefore, emphasis placed strengthening extent internal management environment optimization enterprises, further studying science technology industry, promoting realization social co-governance, thus research.
